Judy started with some rental properties in Milwaukee way back in 1979.  She holds her brokers license and has been selling, buying, and building homes for over 40+ years.  She has enjoyed lake life in Lake Country for the past 43 years and has  raised her family there.  Her knowledge of real estate is extensive and spans from distressed properties to new builds and everything in between, particularly in the Lake Country area.

Tash was raised in Lake Country! She has had a home in Oconomowoc for the past ten years.  Her background in education as well as her experience moving around the country with 3 children make her an excellent resource for new arrivals and those with children.  Growing up, Tash spent a lot of her time helping her parents with their properties, from painting to putting up drywall, to helping grade a yard for sod.  She has an eye for detail and has run the gammet in personal home ownership and maintenance.   From fixer-upper in Brookfield, to condo in downtown Chicago, to designer home outside of New York City, to lake life in a historic home, she has lived it.  So no matter where you are in your home ownership journey, she is there to help.  Worried about how to price your home? Don started with those rental properties with Judy in 1979.  He is licensed in HC, so his areas of expertise are well beyond those of a traditional builder.  Don takes great pride in using quality materials, so you can be assured you will be getting the best you can get within your budget.  Things are done right, the first time.  Both Don and Sam understand the importance of listening...really listening so you get exactly what you want in a build, or remodel.

Sam was also raised in Lake Country and lives there currently.  His education is in Urban Planning and he has been remodeling homes since he purchased his first home at age 18. Sam has has a passion for people and each and every project.  He pays attention to all of the details and takes tremendous pride in his craftsmanship and use of materials.  It shines through in his work...you will have a finished product like no other.  A custom, product of outstanding quality is Sam and Don's ultimate goal!
