The Winds annual homeowners association meeting is held every year on the fourth Tuesday of September. This year, the date is Tuesday, Septemeber 22nd, 9am, at the Oconomowoc Community Center. Notice will be sent out to all residents in April.
The Four Winds HOA dues are currently $300/year. They are due May 1st each year and are paid in arrears, meaning you pay the previous year's dues in the current year. The dues are used for the maintenance of the Four Winds common areas.
